We accept returns on un opened and unused hair kept in original packaging and ties must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

Before installing your hair ensure you are happy with your shade choice as we do not accept any used hair back.

Faulty products 

If you feel you have purchased faulty hair this must be reported within 30 days of purchase . We do not accept liabilty for any hair after 30 days as we know that faulty hair is identified within a couple week of wear. After 30 days your hair will be deemed faulty through lack of care which is in breach of our terms and conditions.

To report faulty hair you must first email sales@bellissimohaircare.shop with your order number , you must be the purchaser of the hair to report any issues. The hair must be returned to us within 7 days of the initial report. You will be exspected to be able to send proof of all the aftercare you have been using , We will conduct simple inhouse tests before liasing with our factory to see if they will conduct further investigation. We do not deem dry or frizzy hair faulty these are factors in human hair extensions and are manegable with using the correct aftercare. Split ends are also manegable through the reccomended aftercare. We will not accept hair back which had been coloured, toned or loss of colour through over using heat appliances. If you return hair you must allow 4 weeks for us to conduct all our investigation and you will not have a outcome until the 4 weeks have come to a end.

If you choose to make your purchase using the above financial intergretions please be aware in some cases a small fee of £8-£15 will be added on, any refunds or partial refunds will be liable for the fee.
