Looking after your extensions is not optional , when you purchase our hair you buy in to our terms and conditions , failure to do so will void any return of hair you have purchased. AFTERCARE is the key  to getting the recommended life span out of your hair.

Using sulphate free shampoo regular will cleanse your extensions but sometimes can leave them feeling very dry , we would recomend alternating between sulphate free and a hydrationg shampoo, followed by a hydrating mask. Use a light oil when wet then blow dry smooth.  Remember to apply a oil every day middle to ends of your extensions. Your extensions are human and will act just as that , if you do not oil or treat them well they will become dry and brittle very quick... every hair donor is different so no two sets are the same, we do not deem hair that wont curl faulty, we do not deem dry or brittle hair faulty , these are aftercare failures . We dont recommend going on holiday with hair extensions our advice is remove them and attatch clips wear only at evening.

Hard water, chlorine, sea water, sun, sunbeds, suncream will and can damge the pigment of your extensions they can also dry them out rapidly , this is your responcibility if you choose to expose your extensions to such..
