We can not guarantee every set of extensions to be the same as they are human hair and all donors are different, some may hold a style better than others , some may dry straighter than others , just as our own hair varies so does hair extensions.
Colour fade is normal we do not deem this as a manufacturer fault , sun-beds , sun , chlorine , sea , hard water , are all causes of colour fade or colour change , we do not accept responsibility if this occurs .
